Alliance Certified Trainer Guidelines
Terms of Use Agreement for Alliance Certified Trainers (ACT)
As of March 15, 2025, all Alliance Certified Trainers (ACTs) must sign the updated Terms of Use Agreement to maintain their certification and access the Trainer Support Site.
Directions on signing the new Terms of Use Agreement

- Type in your email address and the form will be sent to your email inbox (The subject line will read: ”Dropbox Sign – Click here to sign Terms of Use Agreement – Established Alliance Certified Trainer”)
- Open Form and Complete Details:
- Initial Each Page: Carefully review the content on each page and provide your initials as required.
- Sign and Date: Electronically sign and date the form where indicated.
- Certification Year: Type in the year you were certified as an Alliance Certified Trainer.
- Email Address: Enter your Trainer Support Site Email Address.
Download and Print Agreement
- After completing the form, you’ll receive an email from Dropbox Sign (The subject line will read: ”You just signed the Terms of Use Agreement – Established Alliance Certified Trainers”)
- Open your email inbox, download the pdf and print a copy to put in your trainer’s manual.
